Turn the environment on

The environment shuts down at 22:00 Brasília time. It does not come back on by itself: somebody has to ask.

Step by step

1. Open support.gostartlab.com.
2. Confirm the state is Ambiente em repouso.
3. Click Ligar o ambiente.
4. Wait. The button changes to Iniciando… and the state becomes Ligando o ambiente.
5. Wait 5 to 8 minutes. The page refreshes itself.

When the state becomes Ambiente no ar, support is working.

Why it takes that long

The database is restarted from cold and each service comes up in turn. Order matters: Chatwoot only starts after the database accepts connections. Those minutes are the price of keeping the environment off overnight.

If the button fails

The page shows “Não consegui iniciar o ambiente. Tente de novo em alguns instantes.” The request did not arrive. Wait a minute and click again.

Clicking twice does not speed anything up and does no harm: the second request finds the environment already starting.
