The status page
The status page is at support.gostartlab.com. It shows the environment state
and is the only place you can turn it back on from.
The page reads the state every six seconds. You do not need to reload.
The three states
Section titled “The three states”Environment up. The agent is answering. Conversations from the website and from WhatsApp are handled normally. The support chat appears in the corner.
Starting up. Services are coming up and the database is being restarted. It takes 5 to 8 minutes. Nothing is answered during that time.
Environment at rest. Everything is off, so it costs nothing. Nobody is answered while it is like this. The Ligar o ambiente button appears.
What else the page shows
Section titled “What else the page shows”Below the main state, the page lists each service and the database separately. Use it to see what is already up and what is still missing during startup.
If the page cannot read the state
Section titled “If the page cannot read the state”The page shows “Não consegui falar com o serviço de estado”. Wait a moment and reload. If it persists, the problem is the state service itself, not the environment.
