Why is the chat not showing?

Most of the time it is the environment state.

Check in this order

1. Is the environment up? The chat only loads when the state is Ambiente no ar. At rest or starting up it stays hidden on purpose: a chat that opens and never answers is worse than no chat.

2. Did the environment just come up? Wait a few seconds after the state becomes Ambiente no ar and reload the page.

3. Is a browser extension blocking it? Ad blockers sometimes block the chat from loading. Try a private window with extensions off.

If none of these explains it, the problem is the page configuration. Tell the team: the support channel identifier is missing from the published site.
